Bantale Oluremi Ayisire, PhD, PMHNP-BC, PHN, is a visionary mental health leader, nurse practitioner, educator, researcher, and entrepreneur whose life and work reflect resilience, faith, and purposeful reinvention.

She is the Founder and CEO of ELTY Minds & Research Solutions Group, PC, where she delivers compassionate psychiatric mental health care, dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing mental health distress across the lifespan. As a practicing Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment using a holistic, evidence-based approach that honors the whole person, mind, body, and lived experience.

Dr. Ayisire holds a PhD from UCLA and integrates advanced research training with clinical practice to promote healing, empowerment, and improved quality of life. Her care philosophy emphasizes collaboration, dignity, and respect, helping patients reclaim stability, purpose, and hope while navigating complex mental health challenges. With a presence marked by quiet strength, she creates safe, affirming spaces where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported.

In addition to direct clinical care, Dr. Ayisire has a strong interest in clinical trials and psychiatric research aimed at advancing treatment options and reducing gaps in care. She is particularly passionate about evidence-based research, innovative medication strategies, and participation in clinical trials that improve mental health outcomes and expand access to effective therapies—especially for underserved and historically marginalized populations. Through this work, she seeks to reduce stigma, normalize help-seeking, and elevate mental health as a critical component of overall well-being.

Dr. Ayisire also serves as an Assistant Professor at the Mervyn M. Dymally College of Nursing, Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, where she educates and mentors future mental health professionals and champions culturally responsive, equity-centered psychiatric care.

Her leadership at ELTY Minds is deeply informed by her personal journey of faith, hope, and purposeful reinvention. Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Ayisire migrated to the United States over two decades ago with a clear vision to create global opportunities for her children and to build a life anchored in service and meaning. Through perseverance and unwavering belief, she embodies the principle that it is never too late to heal, grow, or fulfill one’s God-given potential.
